Zucchini to Zucchini Fritters


In February 2020 Hoiho class made zucchini fritters. First, we
grated the zucchinis. Next, we cracked some eggs into the bowls
to make the batter. We put in the flour and we started mixing the
batter. When we finished making the batter we went to the Kea
Class to cook the Zucchini Fritters. They were delicious.
